OFFICIAL LAUNCH OF THE EVENT AT LEONESSA PASTABAR, INTERPORT OF NOLA, ON THURSDAY, 3 DECEMBER We are glad to have you as our guest during the official launch of our newest program the next 2016. calendario leonessa 2016 Next year, the new schedule of Leonessa will be based on two peculiarities: The Mediterranean diet expressed by three Michelin-rated chef who arranged for first course recipes ( advice from an expert in nutrition ) and for the “13th recipe of the 13th month”. The Michelin-rated chef perform the four 2016 seasons in terms of gastronomy: Roberto Allocca from “Relais Blu” in Massa Lubrense, Agostino Iacobucci from “I Portici” in Bologna” and Felice Lobasso from the restaurant “Unico” in Milan. Four seasons, four dishes. Furthermore, there will be a big surprise at the end: The 13th recipe! “Nciarmata a Nisida” by prison youngs, who have been able to take part in training courses and show people what they have learned. “The 13th recipe will be our best surprise ever year – Oscar Leonessa, Administrator of the “Pastificio Artigianale Napoletano Leonessa” says – we will focus on companies and associations (from a social perspective) which have made the gastronomy a great communication tool to promote the cultural and educational growth of youngs.
