Thursday 26, Pasta Leonessa and the chef Ciro Longobardi will be the protagonists at International Maitres’ Congress during the dinner party managed by IMAHR ( International Maitres Association Hotel Restaurant ); it will take place in Sorrento, at Grand Hotel Imperial Tramontano, from 23 to 27 November 2015. Moreover, more than 150 workers ( Italian and not ) in the fields of catering and gastronomy will take part in the event.
A seminar on carb-diet will be held before the dinner party, in order to reconsider the carbohydrates as a clean energy helpful to our organisms. In fact, the starch is a low-glycemic index carbohydrate and this let us stay healthy.
The menu is organised by chef Ciro Longobardi: Spaghettoni “Leonessa” with cheese and pepper and beef stew; Manicotti “Leonessa” with rockfish ragout, courgettes and mint.
