Martedì 24 novembre a “Villa Chiara, Orto & Cucina” (Via Pacognano 19, Seiano, Vico Equense) prodotti tipici e artigianato saranno i protagonisti di una serata di eccellenze organizzata dalla chef Faby Scarica, padrona di casa.
#VICOINGUSTO1.0 è il titolo dell’evento, in una serata per gustare, assaporare e scoprire i segreti dei grandi artigiani del sud che hanno reso questa terra famosa per le sue specialità. “Il meglio…lo abbiamo riunito qui – spiega Faby Scarica – a Vico Equense, a Villa Chiara, dove sarà possibile assaggiare la materia prima che rende speciale un piatto, assaporare una meravigliosa pizza fritta, o un bel piatto di pasta fumante, o della succulenta carne.
Il tutto sarà accompagnato da un bel calice di vino”. Alla manifestazione interverranno i migliori produttori e artigiani, ciascuno nel proprio campo, proponendo le loro eccellenze. Gli ospiti avranno modo di assaggiare, degustare vini, e vedere all’opera gli stessi maestri, che si cimenteranno nella preparazione di ricette con i loro prodotti, ma soprattutto avranno modo di soddisfare la loro curiosità parlando direttamente con chi realizza quei prodotti che hanno reso la nostra terra, la più invidiata in Italia.
Infine, i presenti saranno giudici delle ricette del cuore di blogger e appassionati, che faranno assaggiare durante il contest “stasera tocca a me”. L’evento, organizzato da Faby Scarica, si svolgerà a partire dalle 19 e avrà una quota di 25 euro a persona.

The name of the event is “#VICOINGUSTO1.0”. It will be a wonderful night during which people can enjoy the tipical flavours and find out all the secrets of this land.
“All the best…is here – Faby Scarica says – at Villa Chiara, in Vico Equense where people will be able to taste best quality products as good as the “pizza fritta”, pasta or fresh meat and a wine glass to”.
During the event, a lot of artisans and producers will make a speech upon their products of excellence. All the guests will have the opportunity to taste a lot of special products and they can enjoy the show of the experts who are going to prepare their best recipes. People will drive into a great culinary experience let them know some precious beauties of our lands, Italy.
Finally, all the guests will be the judges for the contest “stasera tocca a me” based on bloggers recipes. The event managed by Faby Scarica will start at 7 p.m. The share is 25 euros per person.
