Lamb chops in walnut breadcrumbs and creamed potatoes

Ingredients for 4 people

n°12 lamb chops

walnut 200gr

potato 200gr

butter 50gr

milk 150ml

extra vergin olive oil 100ml

fresh onion 40gr

fresh garlic 20gr

thyme, rosemary, sage, salt and pepper.

Method

How to make the creamed potatoes

Bring to boil a pot of salted water and cook potatoes, then peel them. Strain them and add butter and spiced milk and fresh garlic. Wrap the sauce.

Cook the chops of the lamb with spices, extra vergin olive oil, garlic and onion. Cook them with a Roner using under vacuum plastic bags for 20 minutes at 50 grades. Make the breaded lamb chops with walnuts crumbs and serve on creamed potatoes.
