Alla 69° edizione del Festival di Cannes la presentazione ufficiale dell’Italian Movie Award, evento giunto alla VIII edizione e che per il 2016 avrà come tema centrale “La Ricerca”. “Saranno annunciate novità sulla categoria competitiva Short Social World Competition, le date ufficiali del Festival che si svolgerà a Pompei – spiega il Regista Carlo Fumo, Presidente e Direttore Artistico dell’Italian Movie Award – e ci saranno anticipazioni sugli ospiti e gli artisti premiati. Per l’occasione avrà un ruolo di protagonista la gastronomia, grazie ai progetti di ricerca portati avanti dallo chef stellato Paolo Gramaglia del ristorante President, con la Soprintendenza Archeologica di Pompei, recuperando le ricette dell’Antica Pompei”. La conferenza stampa dell’Italian Movie Award è dunque in programma a Cannes, martedi 17 maggio alle ore 10,30 all’Italian Pavillion presso l’Hotel Barriére Le Majestic, durane la 69° edizione del Festival di Cannes. Interverranno: Il regista Carlo Fumo, Presidente e Direttore Artistico dell’Italian Movie Award, Luca Abete, inviato di Striscia La Notizia e conduttore dell’Italian Movie Award 2016, lo chef stellato Paolo Gramaglia del ristorante President di Pompei che presenterà i risultati delle ricerche svolte in ambito gastronomico ed ispirate all’Antica Pompei. In conclusione il collegamento dallo Sbarro Institute For Cancer Research and Molecular Medicine della Temple University di Philadelphia il Dott. Antonio Giordano, ricercatore e scienziato di fama interazionale e Presidente della Giuria dell’Italina  Movie Award 2016. Inoltre come omaggio ai 70 anni del SNGCI e dei Nastri d’Argento, sarà consegnato a Cannes il riconoscimento speciale alla giornalista Laura Delli Colli, Presidente del Sindacato. Al termine lo chef Gramaglia cucinerà per le stelle del Cinema.

Tuesday 17 May at 10,30 a.m. at the Italian Pavillon Hotel Barrière Le Majestic will be hold the press conference of the Italian Movie Award, during the 69th Edition of the Cannes Film Festival.
There will be the director Carlo Fumo, President and Artistic Director at the Italian Movie Award, Luca Abete, specialist reporter for “Striscia La Notizia” and presenter of the Italian Movie Award 2016, the starred chef Paolo Gramaglia and his recipes of the Roman Age from the President Restaurant in Pompeii. Last but not the least, a network connection from the Sbarro Institute For Cancer Research and Molecular Medicine at the Temple University in Philadelphia with the Dr. Antonio Giordano, well known scientist and researcher and Chairperson of the jury at the Italian Movie Award 2016. Furthermore, a special award for the 70 years of the SNGCI, will be give to the journalist Laura Delli Colli, Chairperson of the trade union.
