Two Michelin Stars to reward a unique restaurant like Dani Maison by Nino Di Costanzo. An ancient Ischian house, immersed in a Mediterranean scrub garden full of objet trouvé to discover, and where every little detail is taken care of to build a journey in the technically sophisticated taste, able to arouse emotions and memories. The chef turned the family house into Dani Maison. Only twenty seats, four of which are in the kitchen; outside, the garden reminds of a Walt Disney cartoon. So many colours also in the dishes, refined geometries, harmony and balance. From raw fish to grilled fish, obviously in its own way, to the sweet concept, a rare combination of technique and imagination. “Every dish – says chef Di Costanzo – reveals my philosophy and the essence of my cuisine made of passion, love, research, study, experimentation, but above all respect for the raw materials of the Campania tradition”.
